ABOUT THIS BOARD
American Maple - A durable, exceptionally weighty timber with a smooth grain pattern and a consistent light-cream colour.
Original: A single wood species arranged in a traditional brick pattern using square blocks. The classic Skinner Designs end-grain layout.
CHARACTER BOARD — Grade 2
Grade 2 boards may contain small cracks or areas filled with food-safe resin, provided they are not close to an edge. They may also include small dents or scratches on the surface or edges. These boards are considered structurally sound and unlikely to open up.
Warranty limitation: A defect disclosed in the product listing is not covered if that defect subsequently causes the board to fail.
Each board is graded individually and its defects are listed as accurately as possible. Each numbered grade is additional to the previous grade in terms of the types of characteristics that may be present, but only the one selected grade is assigned to the product.
